WHAT IS KV BODY TEA?

KV Body Tea is a new luxury natural brand co-founded and designed by Kayla & Karen.

I AM HAVING ISSUES PLACING MY ORDER

We apologize for any difficulty you may experience while placing your order. Please contact us at contactus@kvbodytea.com and we can assist you in placing your order.

HOW DO I REFUND OR EXCHANGE A PRODUCT?

We are currently not accepting any returns or exchanges for sanitary reasons. All sales are final. We cannot accept any products back once they've left the warehouse. KV Body Tea reserves the right not to accept exchanges or returns at this point in time.

I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER CONFIRMATION

If you do not receive your order confirmation email after 24 hours, please contact our customer service team at contactus@kvbodytea.com and we will process a new order.

I ORDERED THE INCORRECT PRODUCT AND WOULD LIKE TO EXCHANGE

Once our products are shipped, all sales are final, and orders cannot be exchanged, modified, or cancelled. If you would like to change or cancel your order before it has been shipped, contact us at contactus@kvbodytea.com. Please double check your order before submitting to make sure all of your information is correct. 

HOW LONG UNTIL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Once your order has shipped, please allow 3-5 business days for your order to arrive. 

 

MY ORDER SAYS DELIVERED BUT I DID NOT RECEIVE IT

KV Body Tea  cannot be responsible for stolen, misplaced, or lost packages. Please contact your shipping provider with the tracking number you received and they will assist in tracking down your parcel. 

 

CAN I PURCHASE YOUR PRODUCTS IN STORES?

As of now KV Body Tea is exclusively sold on kvbodytea.com and the Easy Beauty App.
