We do our best to protect our products from melting during hot weather by checking each individual product before it is packed for shipping and package them accordingly.
Please understand that melting is a natural reaction to heat we cannot be responsible for melted products. We do not offer a refund or reshipping of an order in the case of melting.
What To Do If Your Product Is Melted
Although we cannot replace items that have melted in transit, we assure you that the quality and healing properties found in our body butters and scrubs are not affected whether the product is used in solid or liquid form. If melting occurs, in any product, place it in the refrigerator until it hardens and stir.
Please be advised that you are assuming all responsibility and risk when trying our products. Everything we formulate contains natural and almost exclusively organic ingredients. If you notice a reaction to one of our products, stop using immediately.
